Purls of wisdom

I thought I'd share a new site I've come across called The Purl Bee.  It's a knitting shop (in NYC) but they have a great list of free knitting patterns on this site.  If you scroll down the right-hand side of the page you'll see the list. And if you get tired of knitting (as if!) they also have sewing and crochet patterns available.

I have friends who are having a baby and was looking for a quick baby blanket to knit for them.  I love the colour combinations they provide.

If you have any projects or patterns you'd like to share, please bring them to our meetings and I'll take pictures and post them to our blog.  It's always a treat to see what everyone is creating.

See you in October!

The Marlatt Family Centre is located at 195 King St W in Dundas, and our meetings are held in the smaller of the two Marlatt buildings.  Street and lot parking are available.
